This Privacy Policy describes how TK Technologies LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information collected through our web application, Generative AI Swarm (GAS) Engine (“the Application”).

Generative AI Model Training

Additionally, Google Workspace APIs will not be used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models.
Retention and Deletion of Google User Data
We take your privacy seriously. As part of our commitment to safeguarding your information, we adhere to Google’s data retention policies and practices. Google user data collected through our services is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, as required by applicable laws, or to meet our operational needs.
Should you decide to delete your account or request the removal of your data, we will promptly comply with Google’s procedures for data deletion. Any remaining data will be securely erased in accordance with our data retention and deletion policies.
Your Choices
You have the following choices regarding your information:
- You can access and update your personal information through your account settings.
- You can opt out of receiving marketing communications from us by following the unsubscribe instructions in those communications.
- You can choose to disable cookies in your web browser settings. However, please note that disabling cookies may limit your ability to use certain features of the Application.
Children’s Privacy
The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us. We will take steps to delete the information from our servers.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on the Application. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.

- Swarm Intelligence: Our privacy policy should be clear that while the swarm concept inspires collaboration between AI models, the user data used by these models is anonymized or aggregated to prevent identification of individuals.

You may want to specify that users retain ownership of the content they create with the Application, but the AI-generated outputs themselves may be considered the intellectual property of [Your Company Name].
