We build software for the problems nobody sells a fix for.
Small businesses and medical practices run on workarounds — a paper log at the gate, a spreadsheet tracking room turnover, a billing process that quietly leaks money. We find those, and we build the thing that fixes them.
Most software gets built for problems big enough that someone can sell the solution to thousands of companies. The problems that actually slow a small business down are usually too specific for that — too tied to how this office works, this payer, this building.
That’s the gap we work in. We’re based in Brevard County, Florida, and most of what we build started as something a client couldn’t buy.
What we build
Gate
Visitor access for gated communities.
Communities were running entry on a clipboard and a phone call to the resident. Gate gives residents control from their phone, guards instant verification, and visitors a QR code.
TKTech Health
IT, billing, and workflow support for medical practices.
Practices in Brevard County were paying for enterprise support contracts and getting a ticket queue. We work directly with the people doing the job, on the systems they already use.
ClinicFlow
Patient flow timing, measured rather than guessed.
Every practice believes it knows where patients wait. Almost none have the data. ClinicFlow instruments the rooms and shows the actual numbers.
