What we build

Three things in production, all of them built because the off-the-shelf answer didn't fit.

Gate — visitor access for gated communities

Communities were running the front gate on a clipboard and a phone call. A visitor arrives, the guard calls the resident, the resident may or may not pick up, and the only record is a handwritten line nobody will ever read.

Gate replaces that. Residents grant access from their phone. Guards verify visitors instantly and log plates. Visitors get a QR code by text or email — no app store download. Every entry and exit is recorded per household, so when a board asks who came through the gate last Tuesday, there’s an answer.

TKTech Health — practice IT and billing support

Medical practices are usually offered one of two things: an enterprise support contract that turns every request into a ticket, or a family member who’s good with computers. We work the middle — direct support on the systems a practice already runs, month-to-month, from people who know the payers.

That includes the unglamorous parts: EOB and ERA processing, denial patterns, network and workstation management, HIPAA posture.

ClinicFlow — patient flow, measured

Ask any practice where patients wait and you’ll get a confident answer. Ask for the numbers and you usually won’t get anything.

ClinicFlow instruments exam rooms directly and reports actual room occupancy and turnover, so scheduling decisions rest on measurement instead of impression.

The pattern

None of these started as a product idea. Each one started as a client problem that had no thing to buy. That’s the work we’re interested in.

If that sounds like something you’re sitting on, tell us about it.
